On the 7th of March we visited with our English class the play „Pygmalion“ by the Irish playwright George Bernard Shaw.
The play tells us the story of Eliza Doolitle and how she wants to move up the society ladder from the working class girl to the upper class woman. The play was excellent as it always is at ADGE. You were really absorbed in the things you saw and heard, especially the horrible screams of Eliza and the really well played strong accents of different characters from the working class. So as we have already mentioned the play was really lovely and we definitely enjoyed it and would be looking forward to seeing the next one.
